In short: I don't collect personal data through this website or through SpiceMap. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking, no ads.

This policy covers the website 10keyz.com and the app SpiceMap on the web (spicemap.10keyz.com), iOS and Android.

This website

• No cookies, no analytics, no contact forms and no embedded content from other parties.
• The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub may log technical data such as your IP address when you visit, for security and to keep the service running. I have no control over or access to these logs. See GitHub's privacy statement.
• Links to other sites (such as Spotify or YouTube) take you to those sites, where their own privacy policies apply.
• If you email me, I use your email address and message only to reply to you, and I don't keep them longer than needed for that.

SpiceMap

• No accounts, no personal data collected, no tracking, no analytics, no ads.
• Your settings and your unlock status are stored only on your device (in your browser's local storage on the web, in the app's storage on iOS and Android). They are never sent to me. Clearing your browser's site data or deleting the app removes them.
• Paid unlock. Purchase and payment are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy processes the data needed for the purchase (such as your name, email address and payment details) under its own privacy policy. When you enter your license key in SpiceMap, the key is sent to Lemon Squeezy only to check that it is valid.
• Sound samples. SpiceMap downloads audio samples from a file server (Cloudflare R2) when it needs them. As with any web request, the server may log technical data such as your IP address. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• The web version is hosted on GitHub Pages; see this website above.

Your rights

Under the GDPR (AVG) you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data about you. Because I don't collect personal data through the website or SpiceMap, there is usually nothing for me to show or delete; for data held by Lemon Squeezy, GitHub or Cloudflare, see their policies. For questions, email info@10keyz.com. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
